There are so many wonderful things to be said about Dr. Fracapane.
We moved and now live a whole hour away, but we still go to her. Our cats are all seniors and have complicated combinations of illnesses, but we feel safe and secure in Dr. Fracapane's care, despite all the tough health issues our cats have.
Dr. Fracapane knows each of our cats really well (both personality and medical history, in depth!), and has an incredible memory for each pet despite her large number of clients. She takes the time to explain every detail of various lab work, possible procedures and outcomes, medications and their effects, etc. in a way that makes them easy to understand. She is extremely responsive over email and gives me her thoughts about every cat poop photo I send her! She truly goes above and beyond with everything she does for us and our kitties, down to researching the cheapest place to buy meds and creatively re-purposing household items and medical equipment to help our cat get his asthma medication. She told us about an emergency situation at the clinic in which she saved the day (and the kitty) by thinking to use her own personal inhaler for the cat (her storytelling was more humble). She is an incredible problem solver. Her genuine love for animals and experience in veterinary practice is evident. She is full of contagious positivity, yet without unwarranted/gratuitous sugar-coating.
We truly can't imagine ever going to a different vet.

First time Roxy examination and she was treated with care and love. We were explain what was best for Roxy since it was our first time owning a pet. HOC is the best.
